Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of production tools and machines. The role involves diagnosing problems, replacing or repairing parts, and ensuring all systems and equipment are fully operational according to manufacturer instructions. This position also includes a variety of plumbing maintenance, carpentry functions, and grounds maintenance duties.
Responsibilities
+ Perform mechanic skills including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic troubleshooting, and repair of production tools and machines.
+ Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, and make adjustments on all systems and equipment for full operational status.
+ Conduct plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions.
+ Maintain compressed air systems, including running pipes and creating material feed headers.
+ Operate and maintain high-pressure steam boiler systems.
+ Execute seasonal grounds maintenance duties such as mowing, edging, planting, snow removal, and trash removal.
+ Address work order items and equipment in accordance with established maintenance procedures.
+ Provide emergency and unscheduled repairs during production and perform scheduled maintenance repairs.
+ Assist in installations, non-standard changes, and repairs to meet local jurisdiction codes, OSHA, NEC, and other engineering standards.
+ Complete preventative maintenance according to the schedule and procedures.
+ Utilize the PSM system as required.
+ Research solutions to recurring work orders documented in the Maintenance Program file.
+ Document all work on assets, improvements in the plant, and injuries or near misses.
+ Maintain communication with personnel regarding the status of work order requests and maintenance work.
+ Provide equipment training and auditing with plant operators.
+ Operate equipment and machines like saws and drill presses to perform repair and maintenance.
+ Complete specific projects or responsibilities assigned by the Lead Maintenance Technician efficiently.
Essential Skills
+ Experience in maintenance technician roles.
+ Skills in mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and repair.
+ Ability to perform preventive maintenance.
+ Proficiency in reading blueprints.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
