Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team and support our chemical manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

+ Interpret blueprints and drawings for machinery and equipment specifications and repairs.

+ Repair and maintain electronic production equipment to meet organizational standards.

+ Troubleshoot and repair mixers, blenders, pumps, lifts, and other production equipment.

+ Address plumbing issues as needed.

+ Troubleshoot and repair vacuum systems, HVAC systems, and boilers.

+ Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment and machinery.

+ Recommend equipment modifications for upgrades to the supervisor.

+ Complete forms to request parts, equipment, and supplies for specified projects.

+ Follow work orders to determine scheduled repairs and capital improvements.

+ Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental policies and procedures.

+ Participate in decisions regarding emergency repairs and production operations.

Work Environment

Work in a chemical manufacturing environment that produces chemicals and additives for paint. The facility is temperature-controlled and generally clean, though it can occasionally be messy due to chemicals and paint.

The pay range for this position is $56160.00 - $64480.00/yr.
