Job Title: Site Manager

Job Description

Lead and direct the plant operations team, ensuring that Maintenance, Financial, CMMS, Safety, and Regulatory Compliance programs are executed efficiently. Make informed decisions by interpreting procedures, company policies, and business practices to achieve optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities

+ Manage financial performance related to Operational Facilities, ensuring adherence to established budgets.

+ Track trends and recommend action plans for KPI/SLA performance issues in Plant Operations/Engineering Services.

+ Ensure staff training in approved practices and procedures for proper facility maintenance techniques.

+ Create a safe work environment by ensuring adherence to safety and infection control policies, including the use of protective clothing and proper handling of equipment.

+ Ensure all building systems and equipment comply with applicable State/Federal/Local regulatory requirements.

Essential Skills

+ Expertise in facilities maintenance.

+ Knowledge of electrical and maintenance management.

+ Proficiency in preventive maintenance and MS Office Suite.

+ Experience in vendor management and facility maintenance.

+ Strong management skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Certifications Preferred: CHFM Certified Healthcare Facility Manager, CPMM Certified Plant Maintenance Manager, CFM Certified Facility Manager or other relevant certifications.

+ Ability to determine compliance with standards such as NFPA101 Life Safety Code, Safety Management, Security Management, Hazardous Materials Management, and Waste.

This is a Contract position based out of Gardena, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
