Job Title: Carpenter
Job Description
Engage in new construction, renovations, and remodels of both residential and commercial properties. The role involves working on various projects, ensuring quality and safety in all tasks.
Responsibilities
+ Undertake residential and commercial new construction, renovations, and remodels.
+ Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
+ Use and maintain various tools and equipment as needed.
+ Keep work areas clean and organized.
+ Perform exterior and interior general framing and wood framing.
+ Install interior trim, cabinets, and counter tops.
+ Build decks, install flooring, and perform interior and exterior door installation.
+ Install windows, siding, and roofing.
+ Execute tape measuring layout and understand wall form fractions.
Essential Skills
+ Expertise in construction and carpentry.
+ Proficiency in framing, finish carpentry, and rough carpentry.
+ Experience with drywall installation.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Proficiency in framing carpentry.
+ Skill in trim carpentry.
+ Experience with installing windows, doors, siding, and roofing.

Work Environment
Work within smaller crews consisting of 8 internal field employees. Engage in new construction and renovation/remodel projects with a focus on collaboration and efficiency.

This is a Permanent position based out of Middleton, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $79040.00/yr.
