Job Title: Inventory Associate
Job Description
The role of an Inventory Associate involves preparing finished products by palletizing, packaging, and clearly documenting transactions to ensure shipment quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. The position requires accurately pulling, packaging, and labeling all customer orders for on-time shipment and delivery while documenting all missing items for system updates.
Responsibilities
+ Prepare all finished products by palletizing and packaging all parts.
+ Accurately pull, package, and label all customer orders for timely shipment and delivery.
+ Document all missing items for control system update.
+ Understand and utilize QCDSM boards and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Essential Skills
+ 2-3 years of solid sit-down forklift operation experience.
+ Experience in shipping and receiving.
+ Order selection and inventory clerk skills.
+ Proficiency with RF scanning.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Mechanical background and familiarity with some assembly are a plus.
+ Forklift experience (Sit-down).
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
+ Prior experience with WMS or other shipping software.

Work Environment

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dallas, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
