    Job Title: General Manager

    Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced General Manager to develop and implement organizational policies and goals, coordinate departmental activities for operational efficiency, and direct product promotion and market expansion efforts.

    Responsibilities

    + Coordinate departmental activities to ensure operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

    + Direct product promotion strategies to develop new markets and increase market share.

    + Analyze budget requests to identify potential reductions and allocate the operating budget effectively.

    + Review activity, operating, and sales reports to determine necessary changes in programs or operations.

    + Promote the organization within industry, manufacturing, or trade associations.

    + Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

    Essential Skills

    + 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing Management or Plant Leadership.

    + Proficiency in MRP systems, with a preference for IQMS.

    + Experience in creating budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting.

    + Strong ability to communicate effectively with customers.

    + Capability to manage facility efficiency.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Operation and project management skills.

    + Experience in lean manufacturing and plant leadership.

    + Familiarity with ERP systems and budgeting processes.

    Work Environment

     

    Work a consistent first-shift schedule, either from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM or 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. The pay range is competitive. You will be the sole on-site maintenance person, responsible for machine repairs and basic facilities maintenance. The facility, which is not temperature-controlled, can get warm during the summer, with doors open and fans on to provide ventilation. Our team includes 27 full-time employees on the floor and operates 60 production machines, with 20-25 running at a time based on customer orders.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Twinsburg, OH.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $95000.00/yr.
