Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Scottsdale, Arizona. In this contract position, you will focus on managing account documentation and ensuring precise data entry into our systems. This role requires strong organizational skills and proficiency with administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately input data into company systems, ensuring all information is recorded and verified.

• Process documentation for opening new accounts, adhering to company guidelines.

• Maintain efficient workflows to manage a high volume of accounts within the required timeframe.

• Utilize Netx360 and MO software to enter data into Pershing accounts.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure tasks are completed within deadlines.

• Perform administrative tasks related to account management and documentation.

• Follow company procedures for background checks, including fingerprinting and credit verification.

• Provide consistent updates to supervisors regarding the progress of data entry tasks.

• Ensure compliance with company standards for data accuracy and confidentiality.

• Operate within standard office hours, Monday to Friday, maintaining productivity and focus. Requirements • Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles.

• Familiarity with Netx360 and MO software is highly preferred.

• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and other office tools.

• Excellent typing speed and accuracy.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

• Availability to work onsite in Scottsdale, Arizona.
