• Oversee and manage full-cycle payroll processes, ensuring all payments are accurate and timely.

• Handle multi-state payroll operations, maintaining compliance with various state and federal regulations.

• Utilize ADP Workforce Now to efficiently process payroll and manage employee data.

• Prepare and review payroll reports to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.

• Maintain payroll records for over 500 employees, ensuring confidentiality and proper documentation.

• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to address payroll-related inquiries and issues.

• Stay updated on payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

• Assist with audits and reporting requirements, providing necessary documentation and records.

• Identify and implement improvements to streamline payroll processes.

• Respond promptly to employee concerns regarding payroll and benefits. Requirements • Proven experience managing full-cycle payroll processes.
