    Description We are looking for a dedicated HR Coordinator to join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio, within the manufacturing industry. This role is a Contract to permanent position and offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to various human resources functions while supporting the growth and efficiency of the organization. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth onboarding processes, maintaining HR compliance, and providing administrative support.

    Responsibilities:

    • Facilitate onboarding processes for new team members, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.

    • Manage HR administrative tasks, including record-keeping and maintaining employee files.

    • Conduct background checks and verify employment credentials as part of the recruitment process.

    • Utilize HRIS systems to track employee data and generate reports.

    • Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, addressing any discrepancies as needed.

    • Provide back-office support to the HR team, assisting with payroll and benefits administration.

    • Coordinate and schedule interviews, collaborating with hiring managers to meet recruitment needs.

    • Support employees with basic office tasks and respond to inquiries regarding HR matters.

    • Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and troubleshooting issues.

    • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency. Requirements • Previous experience in HR coordination or administration within a detail-oriented environment.

    • Proficiency in onboarding processes and background checking procedures.

    • Familiarity with HRIS platforms and the ability to manage employee data effectively.

    • Solid understanding of HR compliance standards and regulations.

    • Experience with payroll systems such as ADP and benefits administration.

    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees and management.
