    Description

    Our client is seeking a skilled CAM Reconciliation Specialist to join their team in Warren, New Jersey. This is a Contract position lasting about 5-7 weeks, ideal for professionals experienced in financial reconciliation within the real estate and property industry. The role requires a detail-oriented individual capable of handling diverse reconciliation tasks with precision and efficiency.

    CAM Reconciliation Responsibilities:

    • Conduct daily reconciliation of financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

    • Perform thorough account reconciliations, including bank accounts and credit card transactions.

    • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial records promptly and efficiently.

    • Utilize Yardi Property Management software to manage reconciliation processes effectively.

    • Handle CAM reconciliations with attention to detail and compliance with company standards.

    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless financial reporting and reconciliation.

    • Prepare detailed reconciliation reports to support auditing and financial analysis.

    • Maintain organized and accurate documentation of all reconciliation activities.

    • Identify opportunities to improve reconciliation processes and implement best practices.

    Requirements

    CAM Reconciliation Requirements:

    • Proven experience in account reconciliation and financial analysis.

    • Strong knowledge of daily reconciliation processes and credit card reconciliation.

    • Proficiency in using Yardi Property Management software.

    • Familiarity with CAM reconciliation procedures within the real estate sector.

    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

    • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex financial data.

    • Effective communication and collaboration skills for team-based projects.

    • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
