    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + Strong experience in residential real estate accounting

    + Background in joint ventures; HUD experience is a plus

    + Advanced Excel skills required

    + Familiarity with Blackbaud preferred (not required)

    + Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills
