Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Test Center Administrator to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on a contract basis. In this role, you will ensure the smooth operation of our testing facility while maintaining a secure and attentive environment for examinees. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a commitment to customer service, and the ability to adapt to flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome examinees and verify their identification according to established procedures.

• Conduct security checks, including the use of wands, to ensure compliance with testing protocols.

• Monitor candidates throughout their exams to uphold a secure and fair testing environment.

• Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise during the testing process promptly.

• Maintain the confidentiality and security of test materials and the facility at all times.

• Provide candidates with a comfortable and attentive experience during their exams.

• Record and report any irregularities or violations of company guidelines.

• Perform clerical tasks such as document scanning and answering inbound calls.

• Represent the organization’s values and uphold its standards in all interactions.

• Adapt to varying work schedules, including weekends and occasional evenings, as required. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent is required.

• Previous experience in receptionist duties or clerical roles is preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict procedures.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.

• Proficiency in basic office tasks such as scanning documents and handling phone calls.

• Comfortable with using security equipment such as wands and fingerprint scanners (if applicable).
