Description We are looking for a skilled Commercial Property Administrator to join our team in Belvedere Tiburon, California. In this contract-to-permanent position, you will play a key role in managing the daily operations of multiple commercial properties while ensuring tenant satisfaction and property upkeep. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and problem-solving skills who thrives in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily property operations, including tenant communications, maintenance coordination, and vendor management.

• Respond to tenant inquiries and service requests promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.

• Coordinate property repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance schedules.

• Assist with lease administration tasks, such as rent collection and financial reporting.

• Review invoices, process purchase orders, and support budget tracking efforts.

• Maintain accurate property records, files, and insurance documentation.

• Conduct routine site visits to ensure properties are well-maintained and comply with regulations.

• Collaborate on construction or improvement projects as needed.

• Provide support to the property manager and asset manager on various projects. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree preferred, though equivalent experience may be considered.

• 1–3 years of experience in property management, real estate, or a related field.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with property management software like Yardi is advantageous.

• Excellent customer service skills and a detail-oriented approach.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
