Description

Robert Half is actively partnering with an Austin-based eCommerce client to identify a Project Manager (contract). This individual will play a critical role in driving cross-functional initiatives, translating business needs into actionable plans, and engaging with stakeholders across all levels of the organization. Ideally the Project Manager will be available for onsite meetings, in Austin, on a bi-weekly or monthly cadence.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Support the development of vendor RFPs and coordinate vendor/stakeholder meetings and product demos

+ Partner with cross-functional leadership to select a vendor based on budget, services provided, and customer experience OKRs

+ Develop and own the project roadmap

+ Define clear and actionable project milestones and KPIs

+ Support the development of project budgets

+ Manage the allocation of personnel and other resources required to complete the project on time and within budget

+ Develop and manage product backlogs, prioritize initiatives, and monitor progress to completion

+ Track project deliverables, document project evolution, and provide frequent status reports

+ Proactively identify and address challenges with minimal oversight, applying critical thinking and strategic foresight

+ Partner with organizational change management to communicate project details across the organization

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field

+ 7+ years of Project Management experience

+ 2+ years of experience working within eCommerce/retail environments

+ Knowledgeable in vendor RFP selection and product implementation processes

+ Ability to navigate organizational change, delivering results in ambiguous scenarios

+ Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messages to various audiences

+ Ability to work independently, set priorities, and manage multiple projects simultaneously

+ Analytical, critical thinking, and strategic problem-solving skills

+ Solid interpersonal skills to engage with internal stakeholders and vendors
