Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Richmond, California. This role involves managing various aspects of warehouse operations, including inbound order processing, inventory adjustments, and customer order fulfillment, while adhering to food safety and company standards. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have experience in inventory management and warehouse equipment operation.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and stage inbound products accurately and efficiently.

• Organize and label items, ensuring proper stacking, stamping, and wrapping.

• Conduct inventory reconciliations and make necessary adjustments.

• Prepare and verify customer orders for accuracy before dispatch.

• Perform inspections to ensure compliance with organizational and industry standards.

• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and transporters, safely and effectively.

• Maintain cleanliness and safety protocols in all work areas.

• Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager and production team to meet operational schedules.

• Participate in cycle counts and annual physical inventory processes as needed.

• Support general warehouse tasks and dock coordination activities. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent.

• At least 1 year of experience in warehouse or inventory operations.

• Proficiency in basic computer applications; experience with xTuple is a plus.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with keen attention to detail.

• Certification in forklift operation or similar equipment is preferred.

• Familiarity with inventory tracking systems and processes.

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
