    Client Service Associate

     

    About the Role

     

    We’re seeking a Client Service Associate to join a boutique wealth management firm serving senior executives and professionals. This role focuses on delivering exceptional client service and operational support, including account administration, transaction processing, and coordination with custodians and internal teams.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Handle client service requests, including wire transfers and documentation for new/existing accounts.

    + Communicate with custodians and vendors to ensure accurate and timely transactions.

    + Act as liaison between advisors, clients, and middle-office functions.

    + Schedule client meetings and manage calendars.

    + Support trading and portfolio rebalancing if licensed.

    What We’re Looking For

     

    + 5+ years minimum

    + Must have prior RIA client service experience

    + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

    + Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.

    + Problem-solving mindset and resourcefulness.

    + Proficiency in Word and Excel; familiarity with financial platforms a plus.
