Description

Our client is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Manager to lead the front-end operations at their busy construction supplies company in Van Nuys. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless experience for both our customers and their team. Requirements

+ Oversee daily activities, maintaining exceptional customer service standards and prompt, accurate order processing.

+ Direct and mentor counter personnel, including managing schedules, delegating responsibilities, and evaluating team performance.

+ Work closely with warehouse and delivery departments to ensure customer orders are fulfilled efficiently and on time.

+ Address customer questions, prepare quotations, and manage requests for customized products or special orders.

+ Ensure the sales counter remains clean, organized, and fully stocked with inventory.

+ Contribute to inventory tracking and product merchandising efforts.

+ Drive sales by fostering strong customer relationships and demonstrating solid knowledge of construction tools and related products.
