    Client Service Associate | RIA | San Francisco | Hybrid | $80-100k Base + Bonus

     

    The firm is a prominent wealth management firm with a legacy of long-standing client relationships spanning generations and managing approximately $2 billion in assets, has earned a reputation for delivering sophisticated, tailored wealth management solutions to families and institutions.

     

    This role provides an invaluable exposure to all facets of wealth management while allowing you to collaborate across departments and support a diverse portfolio of clients.     Responsibilities:

    + Provide day-to-day client service and support

    + Assist with meeting preparation and coordinate follow-ups

    + Serve as a primary point of contact for client requests and inquiries

    + Initiate and monitor service requests with custodians on behalf of clients

    + Manage account openings, stock option exercises, cost basis research, and related tasks

    + Maintain and update CRM records, contributing to quarter-end reporting

    + Ensure precise execution of client service protocols

    Requirements

    + 3+ years of wealth management experience

    + Bachelor’s degree required

    + Experience with custodians like Schwab/TDA, Fidelity, Pershing

    + Familiarity with Orion Advisor Technology is a plus

    + Strong background in professional client service with excellent communication skills

    + Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling complex projects independently
