JOB TITLE: Intern - Media Production (Paid)

JOB LOCATION: Vineyard, Utah

EXEMPTION STATUS: Non- Exempt (Hourly)

STATUS: Part-time (20 - 24 hours per week)

REPORTS TO: Administrative Manager – Human Resources Manager and Functional Manager – Brand Marketing Manager

SUMMARY: The Intern – Media Production w orks with the Brand Manager in the marketing department to assist in Tyfoom content creation and marketing assets for Sunpro . This position is open for students looking for professional experience producing video content.

SCHEDULE: Part-time, 20 - 24 hours per week. Flexible. We can work around your school schedule; just finish the tasks assigned each week.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

+ Coordinate s , film s , and edit s two-minute Tyfoom training videos , completing at least two finished videos per week.

+ Capture s on-site footage at Sunpro locations, job sites, and facilities as needed to support training and marketing needs.

+ Organize s , catalog s , and deliver s B-roll and video assets for dual use in both Tyfoom content and broader marketing initiatives.

+ Collaborate s with the Marketing Team to provide usable clips, stills, and short-form content that highlight culture, recruitment, and industry expertise .

+ Ensure s consistent quality, branding, and storytelling across all produced videos, following Sunpro’s creative and brand guidelines.

+ Will include some travel to various Sunpro locations.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS :

+ Proficient in video production, including shooting, lighting, and audio for on-site and in-office environments.

+ Skilled in video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro .

+ Video production experience (camera and lighting)

+ Strong attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.

+ Comfortable working independently on job sites, taking direction, managing time, and coordinating with team members to schedule filming.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

+ Current ly enrolled an associate or bachelor’s degree program in a related field.

+ Able to shoot video, edit and produce training video and marketing materials.

+ Use editing software: Adobe Premiere Pro .

+ Must have a portfolio of projects.

+ Understanding of social media video trends and creation.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

+ Be able to travel for various project .

+ Carry camera and lighting equipment.

+ Repetitive motion associated with operating a cam era, computer and other office equipment.
