    **Pay Rate: ** The pay rate for this role is $28\.00\-$30\.00 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location\.

     

    What will I be doing?

     

    As a Catering Administrative Assistant, you would be responsible for assisting the director and other managers with clients and hotel personnel in the handling of Catering functions and accounts\. This includes but is not limited to; event orders, confirmation letters, proposals, reports of convention, standard letters, memos, maintaining filing system and office services in accordance with normal Hilton standards and operating procedures while answering phones in a timely and courteous manner\.

    SUPPORTIVE FUNCTIONS

    In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions, with the percentage of time performing each function to be solely determined by the supervisor based upon the particular requirements of the company\.

     

    • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required\.

    • Coordinate and motivate the activities of your designated team\.

    • Purchase gifts for clients as directed and/or delivery of packages\.

    • Assist other departments as directed by management\. For example, fill in for an assistant on leave in another department\.
