    Job Skills / Requirements

     

    + Oversee operations manager and assigned personnel to ensure that all contractually scheduled hours are met with zero unbilled overtime.

    + Review schedules daily (operations manager provides schedules to security staff)

    + Visit/call all sites at irregular times on each shift.

    + Inspect security guard on site – correct observed deficiencies. (mentor, manage, coach, discipline)

    + Conduct walk through of facility

    + Meet with Property manager(s) when on site

    + Be on call, and respond quickly to all calls from property managers and site supers (24/7)

    + Meet and approve all new hires for placement.

    + Conduct initial and ongoing training (mentor, manage, coach, discipline

    + EVN’s are properly issued –prepare EVN and submit to HR.

    + Discuss suspensions and terminations with HR, when required.

    + Follow up on incidents and report to client when appropriate.

    + Must be able to pass required drug test and have Drivers License

     

    Education Requirements (All)

     

    High School diploma or equivalent
