    This hybrid role is based out of our Portage, MI location. This team is in the office 3 days a week and has the flexibility to work from home the other days.

    What you will do

    + Analyze competitors and understand their relative strengths and weaknesses

    + Understand customer groups, needs, preferences, and buying motivations

    + Provide customer feedback and satisfaction trends to marketing leadership and sales teams

    + Contribute to the development of marketing plans and strategies

    + Apply core marketing principles (segmentation, targeting, positioning) and basic budget management

    + Serve as subject matter expert for products/product lines and field technical questions

    + Support sales training initiatives and ensure compliant promotion of products

    + Monitor KPIs, use scorecards, and report results to maintain pricing and margin goals

     

    What you need

    _Required:_

    + Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related discipline

    + Minimum 2 years work experience

    + Experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)

    _Preferred:_

    + MBA
