Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.? Vishay Thin Film is currently seeking applicants for aFacilities and Equipment Maintenance Supervisor.

Job Location:

Vishay Thin Film is located in Niagara Falls, NY. The site has a lot of natural beauty to offer including the world-famous Niagara Falls which are just a short drive away!

What you will be doing:

+ Supervise facility including ensuring related departments (e.g. equipment maintenance) maximize production equipment availability

+ Supervise technicians in production equipment repair and maintenance

+ Oversee compliance to corporate and legal requirements, interface with outside agencies/vendors

+ Track and maintain maintenance KPIs against targets

+ Investigate, plan, and implement facility and production equipment upgrades

+ Maintain spare parts inventory

What you will bring along:

+ Associates degree or equivalent in a related discipline

+ 3-5 years of supervisory experience coupled with experience in building electrical systems, compressed air systems, plumbing, and HVAC systems

+ Strong knowledge of manufacturing equipment including general equipment electrical controls, pneumatics, and equipment mechanicals

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

+ Math and computer skills

+ Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities required

+ Collaborative mindset and curiosity to drive continuous improvement

Salary Range:

$80,000 - $90,000 a year
