    Emmy Squared Pizza, Hell's Kitchen is hiring Line Cooks to join our team and help deliver exceptional dining experiences!     Your Role as a Line Cook:

    As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently. You will:

     

    + Prepare all menu items with precision, consistency, and adherence to recipes.

    + Maintain sanitation standards that meet health department guidelines.

    + Organize and uphold assigned kitchen workstations.

    + Coordinate food production to align with service hours, ensuring quality and presentation.

    + Practice safe food handling and proper storage techniques.

    + Report maintenance and repair needs for kitchen equipment to management.

    + Keep work areas clean and equipment well-maintained.

    + Perform other back-of-house duties as assigned by management.

    What You Bring to the Table:

    + At least 1 year of experience as a line cook in a full-service restaurant.

    + Knowledge of modern cooking techniques; pizza expertise is a plus!

    + A passion for food and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

    + Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

    + Calm and welcoming demeanor, even under pressure.

    + Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

    + Physical capability to lift/carry up to 40 lbs., push/pull up to 75 lbs., and stand for extended periods.

    + Familiarity with culinary tools and the ability to taste and smell for quality assurance.
