Our Deloitte Finance Transformation team practices to help chief financial officers, controllers, and finance teams define and execute their finance and global business services agendas and strategies. You will work with leading-class teams and solutions, helping clients navigate challenging environments, market uncertainty, technology development, and regulatory considerations to unlock value. Your work may span strategy, operations, process design, and technology as we partner with clients to transform finance.
Work You'll Do
As a Project Delivery Lead on the project, you will:
+ Leading Program Management Initiatives: Oversee and execute projects focused on business process improvement, rapid prototyping, and the implementation of innovative solutions for government clients.
+ Driving Operational Efficiency: Analyze and streamline operational workflows using proven methodologies to increase effectiveness, reduce redundancies, and optimize organizational performance.
+ Developing and Tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Design, implement, and monitor KPIs that measure the impact and success of operational changes, driving data-informed decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.
+ Facilitating Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with client executives, team members, and cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, define goals, and secure buy-in for proposed changes.

Our Controllership and Treasury Transformation offering modernizes the finance function to support the evolving business objectives of the organization. We work with the CFO, CAO, controller, and treasurer to develop an efficient, high quality, data-driven, tech-enabled controllership and treasury function that empowers our clients to drive more value to their business partners and to their investors.
The Project Delivery Talent Model is designed for professionals with specialized skills that align to a current client need. Team members focus on delivering services to clients, without additional expectations related to business development or promotion. Their employment is tied to their role on a project, and they are eligible for a benefits package that is competitive for project delivery-focused professionals.
Qualifications
Required:
+ Bachelor's degree
+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
+ Must be able to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust clearance for this role
+ Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
+ 10+ years experience in program management supporting innovation, rapid prototyping, or operational improvement in federal or defense environment
+ 5+ years experience developing KPIs
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $151,800 to $253,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
