Ferguson has an exciting opportunity for a **Business Finance Analyst** supporting the Supply Chain Department. This role will provide data driven analysis and support the Finance organization and executive leadership throughout the organization.

Location:

This role is approved for hybrid work out of our corporate offices in Newport News, VA, according to company policy.

Responsibilities:

+ Enhance and maintain critical financial analytical tools.

+ Prepare monthly reporting and variance analysis.

+ Assist in preparation, entry and updates of budget and forecast.

+ Develop, deliver, and refine ad hoc analysis, financial models, and business cases to support a rapidly changing business environment.

+ Understand the financial results to help identify ways of improving productivity, efficiency, and facilitating profitable growth.

+ Collaborate with adjacent finance departments, fellow field finance and sourcing team members, and other areas of the business (IT, Facilities, HR, etc.).

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent work experience.

+ 2 - 4 years proven experience as a Finance Analyst or equivalent work experience.

+ Advanced knowledge of Microsoft O365 (Excel, PowerPoint, etc).

+ Experience in Oracle, Azure, Anaplan and Power BI platforms preferred.

+ Strong analytical and modeling skills, and comfortable combining multiple data sources.

+ Outstanding attention to detail.

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment of hard-working colleagues.

+ Effectively self-manage schedule, work location (office/remote) and competing priorities from multiple internal customers/projects.

$4,500.00 - $7,333.70
