    Job Summary

    **Job Summary:** EMCOR Government Services is seeking a **Painter** in **Washington, DC.** This position is covered by the CBA for Local 99. The schedule is 6am - 2pm

     

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities

     

    Perform painting duties normal to the trade, Painting walls, woodwork, and fixtures, as well as desks, tables, cabinets, machinery and curbs.

    Qualifications

    Must have a minimum of 3 years of Painting experience

     

    Physical Demands

     

    Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must be able to climb ladders and standing and kneeling for periods of time.
