Primary Function/General Purpose of Position
The Enrollment Manager is responsible to lead recruitment efforts that enable the Higher Education Institutions (HEI) to meet its enrollment goals through managing all aspects of the recruitment process from prospect to applicant. This includes aligning the recruitment process to support institutional mission, goals, and values; actively participating in virtual and on-campus recruitment activities; and communicating to prospective students.
Essential Job Functions
+ Manage recruitment activities through the life cycle of the enrollment funnel, including inquiry contact.
+ Develop partnerships and programs with high schools, community colleges, and community-based organizations to build new first-year and transfer student pipelines
+ Plan, implement and monitor recruitment strategies and their success
+ Prepare and present reports and analyses of recruitment data and enrollment trends to Director of Admissions.
+ Plan, organize and execute visit experiences, including information sessions, campus tours, and special recruitment events.
+ Participate in the development and implementation of department procedures and strategies to increase efficiency and improve production in workflow.

+ Collaborate with other team members and managers to identify and understand new student issues, customer needs, and other best practices to ensure efficiency and professional delivery of service.

Associate’s Degree (required)
Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
Work Experience
2 years of recent experience working in higher education.
1 year of recruitment experience related to higher education or similar field
Training
