• Engineering Draftsman/Technical Data Specialist

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    + Manage the configuration of engineering data to include engineering drawings, engineering change orders and Illustrated Part Breakdowns to ensure currency and accuracy.

    + Work closely with the customer engineering team in generating engineering drawings and engineering change orders.

    + Use computer aided design and engineering software to generate engineering drawings for inclusion in the customer drawing repository and JEDMICS.

    + Process engineering change orders and perform updates/modifications to existing engineering drawings.

    Requirements

    REQUIRED/DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

    + SECRET Clearance or higher

    + Minimum 5 years' experience in configuration management with engineering drawings

    + Experience utilizing engineering drawing requirements and standards is required

    + Associate degree in a technical field is highly encouraged

    + SolidWorks AutoCad and ProEngineering experience is highly desired

    + Familiarity with DoD Engineering Change process and DoD configuration Control protocol
