As a **Manufacturing Supervisor** , you’ll be at the heart of our operations—driving safety, quality, and productivity while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. What You’ll Do

+ **Be a Safety Champion:** Put safety first in everything you do. Partner with EHS leadership to maintain a safe, compliant, and proactive work environment.

+ **Lead Daily Operations:** Oversee shift production to meet and exceed goals for output, quality, and efficiency.

+ **Ensure Quality Excellence:** Monitor products for compliance with specifications and take swift action to resolve issues.

+ **Drive Continuous Improvement:** Analyze production data, identify opportunities, and implement solutions that reduce waste and boost performance.

+ **Collaborate for Success:** Work cross-functionally with Maintenance, Engineering, and other teams to resolve equipment and material challenges.

+ **Empower Your Team:** Supervise and develop production employees, manage schedules, and create an environment where people thrive.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

+ Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years in operations, production supervision, or related fields **OR** 5+ years of equivalent experience in manufacturing.

+ Proficiency in MS Office Suite; SAP experience is a plus.

+ Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
