    Now Hiring: 2 RN Nurse Adjunct Faculty Members | Spring 2026 Semester

    Position Details

    + Start Date: January 5, 2026 (with potential orientation beforehand)

    + Hours: 40 hours/week

    + Days: Monday–Friday

    + Format: All face-to-face teaching

    + 2–3 days in clinical (various sites)

    + 1–2 days teaching lab on campus

    + Grading: Can be done from home!

    + Starting salary range: $88,000–$93,000 annually

    About the Role

    Under the direction of the Dean or Assistant Dean, the Adjunct Nursing Faculty (RN) is responsible for supervising and teaching students during the clinical placement portion of nursing courses and assisting them in achieving clinical course objectives. Service to the college, community, health system, and profession are integral aspects of this role.

     

    This position offers a rewarding opportunity to mentor future nurses while gaining valuable experience in nursing education. You’ll travel to multiple clinical sites to oversee direct patient care, facilitate post-clinical debriefings, and support students in developing clinical competencies.

    Responsibilities

    + Supervise and guide students during clinical rotations

    + Administer and monitor direct patient care activities

    + Facilitate post-clinical debriefings and reflective learning sessions

    + Grade assignments, plan clinical activities, and complete administrative tasks

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required

    + Master’s degree in a related healthcare field (MSN or MPH) required

    + Active RN license

    + Minimum 3 years of experience

    + Strong communication and mentoring skills

    + Strong Med-Surg experience required

    + Obstetrics experience is a bonus
