Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Make a meaningful impact by joining our team as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). We are seeking dedicated professionals who are passionate about improving the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges.
Pay:
+ Starting at $55-60/hr depending on experience.
+ Weekly Pay!
Key Responsibilities
+ Provide consultation and training to staff and families.
+ Conduct behavioral evaluations and assessments.
+ Develop and implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapeutic programs.
+ Design and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans.
+ Act as a program supervisor: educate, observe, assess, and ensure quality service delivery.
Minimum Requirements
+ Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
+ Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Teaching, Psychology, or related field.
+ Preferred experience delivering behavior analytic programs and services.
+ Compliance with all relevant professional standards of practice.
+ Current CPR certification (if applicable).
+ TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray (if applicable).
+ Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
+ Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements.
+ Must be at least 18 years of age.
