    Caregiver – Direct Support Personnel

    Locations: Belmont, Plymouth, and Laconia, NH

     

    Setting: Group Home – No Driving Required During Shift

     

    Are you ready to make a difference in someone’s life every single day? We’re looking for compassionate, reliable caregivers to join our team supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and/or acquired brain disorders in a group home setting.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Provide hands-on support with daily living activities like personal care, meal prep, and household tasks

    + Help residents build independence and interpersonal skills

    + Create a safe, respectful, and uplifting environment

    + Follow individualized care plans to ensure each resident thrives

    What We Offer:

    + Starting pay at $22/hr. (with potential for more based on experience)

    + No driving required during your shift

    + Flexible schedules:

    + Full-Time: Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday

    + Part-Time: one weekend day per week is a must.

    What You’ll Need:

    + High School diploma or equivalent

    + Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license

    + Must be 18+ years old

    + CPR certification (if applicable)

    + TB test or chest x-ray (if applicable)

    + Current Health Certificate (as required)

    + Ability to prioritize tasks and follow professional standards

    + Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

    Minimum Requirements:

    + High School diploma or its equivalent

    + Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice

    + Current CPR if applicable

    + TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

    + Current Health Certificate (per contract or state regulation)

    + Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

    + Must be at least 18 years of age

    + Demonstrates ability to prioritize tasks
