• Travel or Local Physical Therapist

    Amergis (Hermiston, OR)


    This Critical Access Hospital is in need of your expertise. Will you answer their call?

     

    + $3166/wk Total Travel Pay Package

    + 5x8hr or 4x10hr Days

    + 13wk Contract with ASAP Start (Just let me know the earliest you're available)

    + 1yr of Outpatient and/or Inpatient Experience Required

    + Oregon or Compact PT license preferred but qualified candidates can apply for their Oregon PT license upon acceptance.

     

    The Physical Therapist is responsible for performing patientevaluations, as well as providing and documenting therapy services inaccordance with the plan of care developed for each individual patient andphysician’s orders when applicable.

    Minimum Requirements:

    + Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state ofpractice

    + Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy

    + One (1) year of prior professional Physical Therapyexperience preferred

    + Current CPR if applicable

    + TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

    + Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)

    + Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

    + Must be at least 18 years of age
