    Your Schedule

     

    + 1st shift Monday through Friday 5:30a-2:00pm FLEXIBLE

    + Ability to work overtime during the week and Saturdays as needed.

    Responsibility:

    + Assist in the set-up of Company equipment and tooling in support of the production floor including:

    + Perform preventative maintenance tasks on equipment.

    + Make equipment changeovers, adjustments, and operation.

    + Verify work instruction and set-up changes requested by leads/operators.

    + Evaluate new tooling and part numbers to setup machine parameters.

    + Create programs for marking equipment and verifies location and size per print.

    + Maintain production tooling and creates work orders for repair or replacement.

    + Assist in departments’ organization projects (furniture setups, labeling, etc.)

    + Engrave gages, prototypes, tooling, and other materials as needed for Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, & Tool Room.

    Requirements:

    + High School graduate or equivalent (vocational training preferred).

    + Able to communicate effectively in English both written and verbally and maintains effective working relationships.

    + Comprehend and troubleshoot mechanical equipment.

    + Able to read and interpret blueprints, assembly drawings, component drawings, Bill of Materials, etc.

    + Given Company provided training, able to operate fork truck.

    + Able to use and input information into a computer (e.g. Outlook email, AS400).

    + Able to work overtime during the week and Saturdays.

    Preferred Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

    + Two or more years’ experience in a related field (e.g. automotive or industrial).
