Project Manager – Paint/Home Services Industry (Bilingual: Spanish/English) Employment Type: Full-Time   About Us: We are a growing company in the paint and coatings industry, committed to delivering high-quality work and exceptional customer service. We’re seeking a highly organized, bilingual Project Manager to oversee day-to-day project operations with a heavy focus on scheduling, coordination, and material management.   Position Overview: The Project Manager will serve as the central point of communication for project timelines, manpower scheduling, and material needs. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to communicate effectively with crews, clients, and vendors in both English and Spanish.   Key Responsibilities: * Build, manage, and adjust daily and weekly project schedules for multiple crews * Coordinate personnel assignments to ensure efficient use of labor * Clearly communicate schedule updates and changes to crews, clients, and management * Order all necessary materials, tools, and supplies for each job * Coordinate and schedule material deliveries to job sites * Track inventory, verify deliveries, and ensure crews have what they need to stay on schedule * Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and clients to meet project goals * Monitor project progress, proactively resolve scheduling or supply-chain issues * Conduct on-site visits as needed to ensure quality, safety, and timeline alignment * Maintain organized project documentation, updates, and reports   Qualifications: * Bilingual in Spanish and English (required) * 2+ years of project management, scheduling, or coordination experience; experience in the paint, coatings, or construction industry strongly preferred * Strong scheduling and organizational abilities—able to manage multiple crews and shifting timelines * Excellent communication and leadership skills in both languages * Familiarity with ordering, receiving, and tracking construction/paint materials * Proficiency with project management or scheduling software * Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites as needed   What We Offer: * Competitive salary  * Opportunities for professional growth * Supportive and collaborative team environment * The chance to be part of a company that values efficiency, quality, and customer service
