    AT A GLANCE

    We are seeking a strategic and collaborative Associate Director of Workforce Planning to support multiple lines of business delivering healthcare services nationwide. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with operational, financial, clinical, engineering, and product leaders to ensure best-in-class member access to care across all markets and services.

     

    Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Operations, you will design and implement scalable access and capacity planning frameworks that enable our teams to navigate rapid growth and evolving business needs. Your responsibilities will include building infrastructure and leading initiatives around member access, capacity planning, strategic forecasting, and workforce optimization. You will oversee a team of 4 direct reports.

     

    Where You'll Be

     

    To prioritize togetherness, culture, and accountability, RVO Health operates on an in-office work schedule. We expect employees to work from our South Charlotte office or Minneapolis, MN office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week. You are welcome to work remotely Mondays and Fridays if you wish.

    What You’ll Do

    + Design and maintain models and tools to forecast demand, optimize workforce allocation, and improve member access.

    + Develop and execute comprehensive access and capacity planning strategies aligned with organizational goals for nationwide clinical and coaching services.

    + Communicate insights and recommendations to senior leadership to drive informed decision-making about their workforce, capacity, deployment and schedule design.

    + Develop tools to track initiatives, dependencies and mitigation plans to increase capacity, demand and decrease cost of care.

    + Collaborate cross-departmentally to integrate operational, financial, clinical, and technical insights into capacity forecasts.

    + Lead ongoing efforts to identify capacity constraints and implement solutions that enhance service delivery.

    + Partner with product and engineering teams to leverage data and technology for scalable capacity management.

    + Support product innovation to automate capacity and demand planning and forecasting models and integrate and automate demand/capacity processes into core systems.

    + Identify capacity-related issues proactively and work with cross-functional teams to define and implement solutions.

    + Support a team of 4 direct reports.

     

    What We’re Looking For

    Minimum Qualifications:

    + 2-3 years of experience in quantitative research or analysis, preferably within healthcare industry

    + 2 years of direct experience in workforce planning, capacity management, or related fields

    + 2 years of direct experience building forecasting and/or planning models in software applications like excel or more advanced

    + Background in mathematics, data science, computer science, economics, operations research or related field

    + Experience translating key performance indicators and recommendations to senior leaders

    + Strong commitment to exceptional consumer experience, and a high level of dedication, enthusiasm, motivation, and persuasive ability in a team and cross-functional environment

    + People management skills, leading by example

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Analysis experience in Healthcare Operations, preferably in Patient Access

    + Capacity Planning experience with B2B and BTC businesses

    + Basic/Working knowledge of Six Sigma/Lean techniques

    + Ability to develop new ideas and creative solutions

    + Experience using emerging technologies, including AI

    + Program or project management experience

     

    Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company. The following benefits are provided by RVO Health, subject to eligibility requirements.

     

    + Starting Salary: $96,000 - $120,000 _*Note actual salary is based on, qualifications and experience_
