    standards and District curriculum, considering the diverse backgrounds and experiences

    of our students;

    + Create a welcoming classroom environment where every student feels respected and

    supported;

    + Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of students, including those with varying

    learning styles and backgrounds;

    + Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure student success and well-being; and

    + Participate in professional development opportunities to continuously enhance teaching

     

    skills.
