    + Salary $320k

    + Paid time off - 20 days (earn 13.34 hours per monthly pay)

    + Extended time off – eligible for up to 130 days of full salary continuation for personal illness after 6 months of employment

    + Paid parental and military leave

    + Paid holidays – Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day

    + Continuing medical education – 15 days and $4,500 CME funds

    + Fully paid relocation

    + 401k – Geisinger annually contributes over $15k
