Job Description:

**Responsibilities** :

+ Act as a **technical partner to customers** , helping translate business needs into backend and automation solutions

+ Write **efficient, reusable, and testable code** in **GoLang and Python**

+ Develop and maintain **unit and integration tests** to ensure code reliability

+ Collaborate with **cross-functional teams** including product managers, tech leads, and support engineers to deliver robust features

+ Debug and resolve software defects across development and production environments

+ Optimize backend services for **performance, scalability, and reliability**

+ Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment using **IaC tools** such as **Terraform** or **Ansible**

+ Work with **VMware technologies** including **NSX** , **vSphere** , **Distributed Firewall** , and **vCenter**

+ Hands-on experience with **Kubernetes** , **Enterprise Networking** , and **Linux-based environments**

+ Explore and implement **AI tools and frameworks** to support use cases that will help with improving productivity and resolution times for complex technical issues

+ Participate in **code reviews** , mentor junior engineers, and contribute to engineering best practices guides

+ Document system architecture, APIs, and operational procedures ⠀

Required Qualifications

+ Proficiency in **GoLang** and **Python** programming

+ Experience building automation using **Infrastructure as Code (IaC)** tools: **Terraform** , **Ansible** Familiarity with **relational databases** (e.g., PostgreSQL) and **ORM frameworks**

+ Proficiency with **front-end technologies** (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Angular)

+ Experience with **version control systems** (e.g., Git)

+ Hands-on experience with ** **VMware technologies** **: NSX, vSphere, Distributed Firewall

+ Exposure to **Kubernetes** , **Enterprise Networking** , and **Linux-based environments**

+ Experience in **enterprise-scale environments** or **distributed systems**

+ Strong **problem-solving and analytical skills**

+ Excellent **communication and collaboration** abilities

+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

+ 8+ years of related work experience

Preferred Skills

+ Familiarity with **AI/ML frameworks** (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI APIs)

+ Experience implementing **AI-driven automation** or **predictive analytics** in enterprise environments

+ Exposure to **CI/CD pipelines** and **DevOps practices**

+ Experience working in **customer-facing roles** or consulting engagements

Additional Job Description:

Compensation and Benefits

The annual base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $192,000

This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
