We work closely with owners, architects and the entire planning team well before ground is broken; providing cost analyses, scheduling information, and value engineering services to ensure that our client can make informed decisions leading to a timely finish of the highest quality and the best value.
Summary
This position will be responsible for providing support and design in the creation of visual materials for various projects, ensuring they meet quality standards, deadlines, and client expectations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Meet with clients to identify potential graphics needs and material selections
+ Calculate accurate quotations and price estimates when required
+ Design graphics using Adobe software or similar programs
+ Maintain a file management system and customer communications
+ Order and maintain an inventory of stock printing materials and signage substrates
+ Prep files for print while utilizing optimal material usage and workflow efficiency
+ Perform common print quality maintenance tasks on wide format printer (HP)
+ Print, Laminate, Trim and apply cut vinyl or printed graphics to equipment, sign substrates, walls, vehicles or other areas
+ Print, Cut, Hem, and grommet banners or screen fencing.
+ Work with external vendors for signage needs beyond our capabilities and schedule external installations when necessary
+ Utilize Data Merge Software to automate numbered lists and barcodes for internal inventory
+ Maintain industry knowledge of wide format industry trends in technology, materials and capabilities
+ Communicate with other departments to request custom or standard size pre-cut sign blanks and deliveries
+ Meet external customer deadlines while managing In-House Graphics needs (Yard expectations), including OSHA communications
+ Bills customers accordingly and keep accurate billing record
+ Using internal channel to promote yard signage capabilities
+ Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
+ 1-3 years of graphics production related experience
+ Demonstrated computer proficiency, including Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
+ Well-rounded knowledge of using a graphic cutter and large format printer
+ Satisfactory verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
+ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
+ Ability to use time productively, maximize efficiency and meet challenging work goals
+ Ability to maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
+ Ability to possess and maintain exceptional work ethic as well as uphold company values and demand the highest standard of conduct from self and others\
+ Ability to self-motivate and work with limited supervision
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
+ Experience in the construction or graphics industry.
Other:
+ Ability to travel to jobsite if necessary

+ Clearly communicate information (both written and verbal) to colleagues and key stakeholders
+ Stand and/or sit in a stationary position for extended periods of time; 50%+ Use a computer/laptop/iPad in open office environment with natural and/or florescent lighting
+ Navigate between office building floors, and on occasion, attend off-site meetings
+ Lift up to 25 lbs. unassisted
**Pay Range:** $24.00 to $30.00 hourly, plus discretionary incentive program.
Pay is based on many factors including but not limited to education, skill, experience, training, certifications, and other business needs.
