Associate Creative Director (L4) to lead the creative vision for Perigold across all channels,
from digital campaigns and social to our new physical retail stores.
As the brand’s creative lead, you’ll work alongside the Creative Director to define the aesthetic
and conceptual vision that brings Perigold’s luxury positioning to life. You’ll lead a team of
designers and writers, work hand-in-hand with marketing partners, and help build scalable

This is a unique opportunity for a highly conceptual, taste-driven creative who is also
systems-minded—someone who can elevate the brand’s creative expression while building
operational excellence and cross-channel consistency.
What You’ll Do

+ Manage and mentor a small team of designers and copywriters (~6), fostering culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability.
+ Hire and oversee creative talent and partners (e.g., photographers, stylists, video teams) to deliver compelling, premium content that embodies Perigold’s aesthetic.
+ Develop scalable creative systems and processes that enable efficient production without sacrificing quality or storytelling.
+ Partner cross-functionally with brand marketing, merchandising, and retail to concept and execute campaigns, social and influencer content, and in-store creative experiences.
+ Balance creative excellence with performance, ensuring that brand storytelling and marketing goals are aligned.
+ Uphold the brand’s luxury standards, ensuring every output—from typography to tone of voice—meets a consistently elevated bar.
Who You Are
+ A creative leader with a refined and elevated aesthetic, and a deep understanding of the luxury and design landscape.
+ A strategic thinker who can translate brand positioning into powerful creative platforms and systems.
+ A hands-on creative who’s comfortable directing, editing, and elevating work across visual and verbal mediums.
+ A systems-oriented manager who thrives in building structure, clarity, and repeatable excellence.
+ A collaborative partner who builds trust across marketing, merchandising, and retail to bring the brand to life cohesively.
Qualifications
+ 10+ years of experience in art direction, brand design, or integrated creative leadership (agency or in-house).
+ Proven experience in luxury, home, or design-focused brands.
+ Strong portfolio demonstrating concept-to-execution leadership across digital, social, and experiential channels.
+ Experience leading multi-disciplinary creative teams (design and copy).
+ Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with brand system design.
+ Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate a creative vision to both creative and business partners.
+ On-set photo shoot art direction experience, a plus.
+ Based in the Boston area; able to work in-office several days per week.
