About the "Department"

Same-day or outpatient surgery offers a convenient, lower-cost option for patients undergoing minor surgery or surgeries that do not require and overnight stay. All outpatient surgeries are performed in a state-of-the-art facility by a staff of highly trained physicians, surgeons, nurses and other medical professionals.

About The Career:

The Endoscopy Technician performs patient care in support of the rest of the care team. The tech prepares and maintains the interments, equipment, and sterile environment necessary for gastroenterology procedures.

All About You :

+ One to two years of experience in a health care-related role, i.e., nursing assistant or PCA, MA, Anesthesia Tech, Surgical Technologist required.

+ Basic understanding of practices and concepts related to endoscopy procedures.

+ High school diploma or equivalent required.

+ BLS Required.
