    Position Title Student Office Worker - University Advancement

     

    Student Status Work Study Optional –You are not required to be a Federal Work Study Recipient to hold this position.

    Hiring Range 13.75

    Applicants must be currently authorized to work for ANY employer in the United States on a full-time basis. This position is not eligible for work visa sponsorship.

     

    Department/Employer Operating Hours 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. M-F

     

    How many hours per week are required? 10 - 20

    Description of Primary Duties

    Student worker duties include reviewing physical donor and alumni files based on department’s document retention policy, scanning documents, making copies of documents, uploading documents to CRM database, taking documents to shredder, and filing documents and folders in the physical file room. Other duties assigned may include data entry, folding and stuffing envelopes, answering phones, directing incoming traffic and running errands across campus.

    Required Qualifications

    Must be detail-oriented, appreciate organization, enjoys a quiet workspace, and can work independently. Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. Bending over and kneeling down is required on this job.
