    Senior Reliability Engineer

    As an experienced Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability of products from development to end of life. You will work with diverse multi-functional teams and drive product quality/reliability improvements across multiple product lines.

    Responsibilities include:

    + Collaborate with design teams to ensure product reliability through target setting, risk analysis, FMEA, reliability design reviews, and Design for Reliability principles.

    + Estimate product reliability, identify gaps, and develop action plans to address them.

    + Develop and implement reliability test plans and methodologies for new and existing products.

    + Analyze reliability data to identify trends and guide data-driven decisions.

    + Prepare reports and presentations to communicate reliability findings and recommendations.

    + Partner with design, marketing, manufacturing, service, and quality teams to integrate reliability across the product lifecycle.

    + Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve product reliability.

    + Identify and implement enhancements to reliability processes, tools, and systems.

    + Resolve top failure modes by collaborating on containment and countermeasure strategies.

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science or similar discipline

    + Mastery in Reliability concepts (Physics of Failure, FMEA, Fishbone, 5 Whys, etc.)

    + 10+ years of experience in Reliability/Quality Engineering

    + Statistical analysis skills (sampling, trending, charting, etc.) including Excel, Minitab, JMP, etc.

    + Strong leadership skills – leading projects or teams

    Desired Skills:

    + Knowledge of materials science and associated analytical techniques to isolate failure modes. Utilized SEM with EDS and/or FIB in analyzing failed components.

    + ASQ Certified Reliability Engineer

    Pay Range

    The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 101,500.00 - 188,500.00
