    The Product Analyst in Make POM will support global pharma manufacturing organization. The role will focus on the third release phases of a large-scale manufacturing transformation program, with significant impact across five manufacturing sites. The PA will work closely with business partners, the System Integrator, and internal IT teams to design, deliver, and test solutions that enable efficient manufacturing execution and supply chain processes.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Act as the IT liaison for business partners, representing IT in workshops, requirements gathering, and solution design.

    + Translate business user stories into technical user stories and ensure alignment with system integrators (Accenture).

    + Support solution design and testing for Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and SAP eWM integrations.

    + Collaborate with contractors, business users, and system integrators to ensure smooth delivery of releases.

    + Serve as the technical spokesperson for J&J IT with Accenture, ensuring solutions meet business and compliance needs.

    + Drive and coordinate testing activities across impacted systems and sites.

    + Ensure documentation and knowledge transfer are completed in line with program timelines.

    Qualifications

    Required:

    + A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

    + 3+ years of IT Business Analysis experience, preferably in pharma manufacturing or regulated industries.

    + Solid background in manufacturing processes and IT systems supporting manufacturing.

    + Knowledge and experience in one of the following disciplines; Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and MES integration, or SAP IM/WM.

    Preferred:

    + Hands-on experience with SAP-based solutions and solid grasp of ERP/MES landscapes.

    + Demonstrable ability to capture, document, and manage user stories and functional requirements.

    + Experience coordinating with system integrators (Accenture or similar).

    + Experience in S4 HANA and EWM

    Other:

    Travel percentage – 30% International & domestic

    The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

    $91,000 - $147,200

    Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

    The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis. Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance.
