Job Description
We are seeking an Information Security Specialist to support a massive enterprise shift by managing high‑volume user provisioning and access control across multiple applications. This role will focus on adding, removing, and altering user access in alignment with established procedures, working within an Access Control System and other enterprise platforms to ensure secure login and access management. The specialist will have access to 200–300 queues and will be responsible for handling 50–100 requests daily with speed and accuracy. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, consistent, and eager to learn, with strong initiative, and the ability to collaborate effectively while supporting workload demands. We can pay between $18-$19/hr.

Skills and Requirements
- Bachelor's or Associate's with years of related experience.
-Experience with Excel and Microsoft Office
-Strong attention to detail, communication, and work ethic. -Bachelor's Degree in any field, ideally IT
- Data Entry experience
- Call center experience
-Customer service experience
-Access Management experience
-Excel Experience (Pivot Tables and V-Look Ups)
-Familiar working within a Queue or ticketing system.
