    Job Description

    PAY RATE RANGE 21-22/hr.

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    Provides support to end users on a variety of issues. Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems. Responds to telephone calls, email, and personnel requests for technical support. Documents, tracks, and monitors problems in a timely resolution.

    o 1+ years of experience of network troubleshooting

     

    o IT Technical Skills background

     

    o Experience with Fiber Optics

     

    o Fiber Connections

     

    o MTP, MPO

    o Hardware troubleshooting, CISCO, Juniper Switches MUST HAVES :
