    Job Description

    • Maintains regular communication with project sites

    • Sets up system to collect information on a set cadence to create executive white papers on a monthly basis across the project portfolio

    • Will collaborate with internal communication and visual controls specialist for final products

    Skills and Requirements

    • 3+ years of experience in Project/Program Management

    • 3+ years of experience in writing communications for senior executives and other leaders

    • 3+ years of experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership

    • 3+ years of experience managing projects that involve cross-functional or cross-business unit teams • Bachelor’s degree or higher

    • Program Management Professional (PMP)

    • Formal written communication experience and writing of white paper experience
