    Job Description

    One of Insight Global’s customers is looking to onboard an Epic Instructional Designer to their team to lead the development of training programs and e-learning content for their Epic platform. This role is ideal for a creative and detail-oriented professional who can design engaging learning experiences and stand up a training program from the ground up. They will be responsible for developing curriculum, e-learning modules, and instructional content for Epic applications, building and managing Learning Management System (LMS) tools and training platforms, and serve as the point person for developing and implementing training programs for external customers. This is a permanent and remote role.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    4–5 years of experience in instructional design and curriculum development within Epic

     

    Strong background in LMS tools, e-learning development, and training methodologies

     

    Experience creating engaging, user-focused training content

     

    Ability to stand up a training program from scratch and manage platform development

     

    Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused personality Experience with Epic Wisdom and Community Connect
